FEELIN' FRUITY

Been awhile since we've been here on a Friday right? We're back and that's all that matters. I am truly committed this year to perfecting my consistency. I refuse to quit. Consistency is a key component to anything you want to do and want to do right so, where you fail at it, adjust and start again. Before I jump into the Fashion Friday bit, I just want to say Thank You to everyone who checked out the blog on Monday. My #s were SIGNIFICANTLY better and that is all because of you. I truly appreciate all of you.

That said, today we are talking about my little fruity outfit. Kinda cool looking but I doubt many people realize what it actually says so I dive into what the design is about in the video. What I don't tell you is how much I love the baggy style. While people are used to seeing me tiptoeing in heels (and you will ALWAYS see that). My favorite aesthetic is this right here. Doing the baggy, tom-boyish type thing like a Lady is my bag. There is something very boss-like about knowing that you are leaning and relying on your style ability more than your sexuality. Ima always be sexy (let me be clear HuuHh). I'm gonna always wear my High waist jeans, pencil skirts, onesie/jumper, hip hugging dresses, always. However to counter that or to grant another lens I want to say that it is equally sexy to allow the uniqueness of the style you choose to be what draws thee attention. This is why I love wearing boys clothes, they have more actual tailor to them. Their clothing opens up a whole new world to how you can designate them and to me that's the fun of fashion, finding new ways to wear basic or common or even not so common things. I do NOT shop hardly ever because I have things and places I'm trying to get to in life, so shopping just isn't a luxury I have right now or doesn't make sense when you're trying to build but if I handle things correctly, it is indeed a luxury that will be a regularity in the very near future. Anyway because I choose not to shop a lot it forces me to lean into restyling clothes I have and unleashing my creativity to make people see them in a new way........shoot, make ME see it in a new way. It's fun, empowering and it can breathe life into you when your look is fresh so I would definitely like to encourage that. Lean into style more! Enjoy the video below and Have A Great Weekend!
