I have to apologize because surely there was no "MakeUp Monday" last week. Life has been nothing if not interesting but we're back at it next week. Either you jump back on the horse or you leave the stable and I'm not leaving so here we are.
So you all know the drill right? I'm not a makeup artist. I really do only do this because I just want women to be confident and know that there are alternatives. If you don't like full face makeup or if you don't like how it looks or if you don't have the time to do it you're not alone and it's okay. I don't look right with it either but there are things you can do and that is what Makeup Monday is for.
So this week I went blue and I actually hate blue in makeup for me and a lot of other people actually LOL but I was wearing blue this day and I just felt like it was a good thing to do. I liked it when I walked out the house but as the day went on I was like yea this is why I don't wear it, however some of you may look fabulous in it or like it and so this will hopefully give you an idea on how to do it. So yea as per usual the details are below and if you like it try it. Even try it with different lipsticks. My only request is don't do red lipstick with it. I don't know why women do that but it looks horrible LOL. The good news is this look took me under 10 minutes to do in real time so if you're pressed for time you can do this one quickly and still be Adorable. So here we go!
I have started using foundation primer because when I went to Walmart to purchase the eyeshadow primer it wasn't there but I couldn't leave there without it and the truth of the matter is I like this primer soooooo much more. Now if you are a "put the eyeliner on top of your eyelid" person then you will need liquid eyeliner because the regular pencil will NOT work. It kind of pulls up the eyeshadow you just put on but other than that, yes I recommend this primer for eyeshadow over typical eyeshadow primer.
The lipstick I'm wearing is no longer available. It is by the "Ka'oir" line. I'm sure if you want you can find another blue very close to it by her line but the exact shade I'm wearing is no longer there. Sorry!
